How to turn photos into one PDF

Updated 14 October 2026 · DeevitHub PDF

Forms often ask for “a single PDF” when you have a few photos of documents. Add the photos, rotate or crop them if needed, set the order, and you get one PDF with one photo per page.

Make one PDF from several photos

  1. Open JPG to PDF.
  2. Select your photos. JPG and PNG both work, and you can pick several at once.
  3. Check the previews. Turn any photo the right way with ⟲ ⟳, and tap a picture to crop away the table or background around the page.
  4. Set the order with ◀ ▶ (or drag the cards on a computer), choose the page size, such as A4, and press the button to download the PDF.

The photos are converted on your device and are not uploaded.

Take better photos of documents

Too big for the upload form?

Phone photos are large. Run the new PDF through Compress PDF, or pick a fixed size such as under 200 KB.

Need to add the photos to an existing PDF?

Make the photo PDF first, then combine both files with Merge PDF.

Questions

Can I convert HEIC photos from an iPhone?

iPhones usually convert photos to JPG automatically when you choose them in a browser. If a photo is not accepted, change Settings → Camera → Formats to “Most Compatible”.

Is there a limit on the number of photos?

No fixed limit; very large numbers of high-resolution photos depend on your device’s memory.
